Lars co-founded Pargo with a vision to simplify logistics through technology. With a background in eCommerce and emerging markets, he drives the company’s strategic growth and international expansion.
As the architect of our technology, Derk is the driving force behind Pargo’s innovative systems, products and solutions. He leads the teams that build our smart logistics platform, ensuring it remains scalable, reliable, and at the forefront of the industry.
Jen oversees the operational excellence and scalability of Pargo’s entire physical network. She leads our on-the-ground teams across all markets, ensuring our logistics infrastructure runs with precision and that we consistently deliver on our promise of reliability to our partners and their customers.
Rob oversees Pargo’s technology platform, leading the engineering teams that build our advanced API, predictive analytics, and core logistics software that provide our partners with a competitive edge.
