Parcels are typically held at Pargo Points for 5-7 business days. You will receive notifications about your parcel status and collection deadline. If you need more time, please contact our support team.
You will need to present a valid government-issued ID (such as a national ID or passport) and your tracking code or order confirmation when collecting your parcel from a Pargo Point.
Yes, someone else can collect your parcel on your behalf. They will need to present their own valid ID, your tracking code or order confirmation, and may be required to provide authorization from you.
Our support team is available Saturday - Thursday 10 AM to 9 PM. Pargo Point collection hours may vary by location, so please check with the specific Pargo Point for their operating hours.
